อาการ: สั่ง Process Thai Text แล้วพบว่าไม่มีอะไรเกิดขึ้น ข้้อความไม่ตัดคำ

แนวทางแก้ไข: ตรวจสอบว่าได้ทำการ Activate ไว้โดยใช้รหัสที่ถูกต้องหรือไม่ โดยเปรียบเทียบกับรหัสที่ระบบตอบกลับโดยอีเมล์ หลังการลงทะเบียน

  1. เปิดโปรแกรม InDesign เลือกเมนู Type->FreeLock->Register Freelock หน้าจอ "FreeLock Registration" จะปรากฏขึ้นมา ให้ตรวจดูว่า หมายเลข Machine ID ที่ปรากฏบนหน้าจอตรงกับหมายเลข ที่ได้รับใน เมล์ หรือไม่
  2. ในหน้าจอ "FreeLock Registration" ที่ปรากฏ คลิกไปที่ แถบ ขวาสุด "Activate" กรอกข้อมูล Serial Number และ Activation Code อีกครั้ง โดยคัดลอกมาจาก อีเมล์
  3. กดปุ่ม "Activate"
  4. ทดลองใช้งานอีกครั้งหนึ่ง
